Jean MacQuarrie
Vice President, Client Services
Ms. Jean MacQuarrie, vice president of client services at Thomson Reuters, is a nationally recognized fraud expert, with in-depth knowledge of fraud and abuse detection methodologies.
Ms. MacQuarrie has 23 years of expertise in the healthcare industry and is experienced in analytic database construction with advanced analytic investigation techniques. In her leadership role at Thomson Reuters, MacQuarrie serves as program director for all Federal Government projects, including One PI, MAC J3, and PSC/ZPIC. She also serves as senior consultant for fraud and abuse engagements and assists Medicaid and Medicare in the use of detection systems.
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters in 1997, Ms. MacQuarrie served as director of client services for Sector Analytics as well as vice president of decision support systems for ViPS, Inc.
Ms. MacQuarrie has testified to the House Commerce Committee on Medicaid Fraud and Abuse and was a lead presenter to the FBI Managers National Health Care Conference on Fraud and Abuse.
